Boothbay Harbor is one of Maine's most popular
destinations, and local lodging fills up quickly in high
season. Guests seeking full week or weekend accommodations
in the summer and fall are strongly advised to reserve
rooms well in advance. Some points to consider:

There is a two night minimum on weekends in July and
August.

A full breakfast is included with each
night's stay.

There are several ways to reserve your room at the

Reservations must be secured with a deposit equal to
one-half of your total stay. Personal checks and
Visa/Mastercard/Discover/Amex are accepted.

Cancellations made two weeks prior or earlier will
receive a full refund of your deposit less a $20.00
Processing Fee. Cancellations made within the two
week window prior to your date of arrival will
receive a voucher equal to the deposit good towards
a stay at a later date.

Two pet-friendly rooms are available; room #15
(Deepwater) and room #16 (Seafoam). These are the
only rooms in the Inn where pets are allowed, and
a one-time pet fee of $25.00 is required.

Our Main House has nine beautifully appointed guest
rooms, six of which have fireplaces. All have A/C,
